  = {13x}^{2} + 27x + 2 \\ \\ = {13x}^{2} + 26x + x + 2 \\ \\ = 13x(x + 2) + 1(x + 2) \\ \\ = (13x + 1)(x + 2) \\ \\ x = \frac{ - 1}{13} \: \: \: and \: \: \: x = - 2
