The middle term can't be splitted. Plz check ur question.
where a=-4x, b=3y, c= 2z
a^2+b^2+c^2+2ab+2bc+2ca
=(a+b+c)^2
=(-4x+3y+2z)^2
and hence (-4x+3y+2z)^2 is the answer
