HERES YOUR ANSWER FRIEND,

✔ 12x² - 19 - 10 = 0

==> LET US GO WITH QUADRATIC FORMULA

THUS, ON COMPARING ABOVE EQUATIONS WITH ax² - bx - c = 0

WE HAVE a = 12, b = -19 c = -10

==> x = [-b ± √b² - 4ac]/2a

==> x = [19 ± √[19²] - 4 X 12 X (-10)]/2 X 12

==> x = 19 ± √361 + 480 / 24

==> x = 19 ± √841 / 24

==> x = (19 ± 29 )÷ 24 ...............{841 = 29²}

==> x = 19 + 29 ÷ 24 OR x = 19 - 29 ÷ 24

==> x = 48/24 OR x = -10/24 = -5/12

==> x = 2 or x = -5/12
