2(x-2y)² = 2(x²-4xy+4y²) = 2x²-8xy+8y²

3(x-2y) = 3(x-2y) = 3x-6y

combining both:

2x²-8xy+8y²-(3x-6y)

2x²-8xy + 8y²- 3x+ 6y

2x²- 3x + 8y² + 6y - 8xy

x(2x -3 ) + y (8y + 6) -8xy
