Answer:

(5x+7)(4x-3)

Step-by-step explanation:

Let p(x)= 20x^{2}+13x-21

Now, using 'Splitting The Middle Term Method' we will find the product of the First & the Last term.

So, Product of 20x^{2} & (-21) is (-420x^{2})

Now Dividing (-420x^{2}), We Get that it's factors are 28x & -15x

The sum of these factors is 28x-15x=13x that is equal to the middle value

Now Put this value in p(x)

p(x)= 20x^{2} +28x-15x-21

p(x)=4x(5x+7)-3(5x+7)

p(x)=(5x+7)(4x-3)
