25(a -5b)² - 4(a- 3b)²
= (5(a -5b))² - (2(a- 3b))²
Applying, a²- b² = (a+b)(a-b)
(5(a -5b))² - (2(a- 3b))² = (5(a -5b) + (2(a- 3b))(5(a -5b) - (2(a- 3b)
=(5a -25b +2a -6b)(5a -25b -2a+6b)
=(7a -31b)(3a -19b)

as we know (a - b)² = a² - 2ab + b²
  25( a² - 10ab + 25b²) - 4(a² - 6ab + 9b²)
 25a² - 250ab + 625b² - 4a² - 24ab + 36b²
 21a² + 661b² - 474ab
