25 {a}^{2} - 100 \\ {(5a)}^{2} - {(10)}^{2} \\ by \: {a}^{2} - {b}^{2} = (a + b)(a - b)\\ (5a + 10)(5a - 10)

25a²-100
25(a²)-100

Taking out common in 100
25a²+25-4
25(a²-4)
4 can be written as 2²
25(a²-2²)
Using a²-b²= (a+b)(a-b)

25(a+b)(a-b)
