Answer:

( 25x² - 1 ) + ( 1 + 5x )² = 0

(a+b)² = (a² + 2ab + b²)

Here, a = 1

          b = 5x

On applying the identity,

  ( 25x² - 1 ) + ( 1 + 5x )² = ( 25x² - 1 ) + ( 1 + 10x + 25x² )

⇒ 25x² - 1 + 1 + 10x + 25x² = 0

    50x² + 10x = 0

On taking 10x as common factor,

  10x (5x + 1) = 0

⇒ 10x = 0           5x + 1 = 0

      x = 0              x = -1/5
