Given equation,

25x^{2} -16y^{2} =0

It is of the form a²-b²

a^{2} -b^{2} = (a+b)(a+b)

Therefore, the factorized expression is,

\boxed{\boxed{\bold{(5x-4y)(5x+4y)=0}}}

(∵ 25x² = (5x)² and 16y² = (4y)²)
