Heya....

factorise
= 27x^2-12y^2
= 3(9x^2-4y^2)
As we know that-
a^2-b^2 = (a+b)(a-b)
So,
= 3{(3x)^2-(2y)^2}
= 3(3x+2y)(3x-2y)
