Here's the Factorisation :

 ({2a + 3b)}^{2}  - 4 {c}^{2}  \\  we \: know \: that \\  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}  = (x - y)(x + y) \\  \\ so \\  {(2a + 3b)}^{2}  - 4 {c}^{2}  \\  \\  =  ({2b + 3b)}^{2}   -   {(2c)}^{2}  \\  \\  = (2b + 3b  + 2c)(2b + 3b - 2c)
