[0010001111]... Hello User... [1001010101]
Here's your answer...

(2a+b)²-6a-3b-4
= (2a+b)²-3(2a+b)-4

Let 2a+b = x

Then the equation becomes...
x²-3x-4
= x²-4x+x-4
= x(x-4)+1(x-4)
= (x+1)(x-4)
= (2a+b+1)(2a+b-4)

Given Equation is (2a + b)^2 - 6a - 3b - 4.

It can be written as,

⇒ (2a + b)^2 - 3(2a - b) - 4.

⇒ (2a + b)^2 - 4(2a - b) + (2a - b) - 4.

⇒ (2a + b)[2a + b - 4] + 1[2a + b - 4]

⇒ (2a + b + 1)(2a + b - 4).

Hope it helps!
