Solution:

(2x + 1)^3 – (x + 1)^3

= 2x^3 + 1^3 + 3*2x*1(2x+1) – ( x^3 + 1^3 + 3*x*1(x+1))

= 2x^3 + 1^3 + 6x(2x+1) – x^3 - 1^3 - 3x(x+1)

= 8x^3 + 1 + 12x^2 + 6x - x^3 - 1 - 3x^2 + 3x

= 7x^3 + 9x^2 + 9x

Hence, The Answer is 7x^3 + 9x^2 + 9x
