 \frac{(2x + 1) {}^{2} }{3}  -  \frac{(x - 1) {}^{2} }{2} = 0  \\  =  > \frac{4x {}^{2} + 4x + 1 }{3}  -  \frac{x {}^{2} - 2x + 1 }{2}  = 0 \\  >  \frac{2(4x {}^{2} + 4x + 1) - 3(x {}^{2} - 2x + 1)  }{6}  = 0 \\  =  > 2(4x {}^{2}  + 4x + 1) - 3(x {}^{2}  - 2x + 1) = 0 \\  =  > 8x {}^{2}  + 8x + 2 - 3x {}^{2}  + 6x - 3 = 0 \\  =  > 5x {}^{2} +  14x - 1 = 0 \\  =  > 5x {}^{2}  + 14x - 1 = 0
