Solution :
Given ,2x^2/3 - 17x⅓ -28
= 2(x⅓)² - 17x⅓ - 28
Splitting the middle term, we get
= 2(x⅓)² - 4x⅓ - 14x⅓ -28
= x⅓( 2x⅓ - 4 ) - 7( 2x⅓ - 4 )
= ( 2x⅓ - 4 )( x⅓ - 7 )
