here's your answer!!

2x(a+b) + 3y(6a+6b) - 5z(3a+3b)
= 2x(a+b) + 3y* 6(a+b) - 5z* 3(a+b)
= 2x(a+b) + 18y (a+b) - 15z(a+b)
= (a+b)(2x + 18 y - 15z)
