2x³ + 7x² - 9

= 2x³ - 2x² + 9x² - 9

= 2x³ - 2x² + 9x² - 9x + 9x - 9

= 2x²(x-1)+9x(x-1)+9(x-1)

= (2x²+9x+9)(x-1).

skps2447: Thanks for your answer
