Given,

 {2x}^{3}  - 4x {y}^{2}  +  {2z}^{2}

 = 2( {x}^{3}  -  {2y}^{2}  +  {z}^{2}  = 0

Solution -

=> 2x^3-4y^2+2z^2

=> 2(x^3-2y^2+z^2)
