3 - 12 ( a - b )²
Let x = a - b
3 - 12 ( x ) ²
3 - 12x²
3 ( 1 - 4x² )
( 3 ) ( 1 - 4 ( a - b ) ² )
( 3 ) ( 1 - 4 ( a² + b² - 2ab ))
( 3 ) ( 1 - 4a² - 4b² + 8ab )
