 =  >  (\frac{3}{2} a +  \frac{2}{3} b)( \frac{3}{2} a -  \frac{3}{2} b)

 =  >  \frac{9}{4}  {a}^{2}   -  \frac{9}{4} ab + ab -  {b}^{2}

 =  >  \frac{9}{4}  {a}^{2}  -   \frac{ 5}{4} ab-  {b}^{2}
