Multiply 6

[tex] \frac{3*6}{2} x^{2} -6 x - \frac{4*6}{3}=0
 =9 x^{2} -6x-8=0 [/tex]
9 x^{2} -12x+6x-8=0
[tex]=3x(3x-4)+2(3x-4)=0 =(3x+2)(3x-4)=0[/tex]
So, x =  \frac{-2}{3} , or x =  \frac{4}{3}

3/2x²-x-4/3=0
⇒9x²-6x-8=0 (TAKING LCM)
⇒9x²-(12-6)x-8=0
⇒9x²+6x-12x-8=0
⇒3x(3x+2)-4(3x+2)=0
⇒3x+2=0 or 3x-4=0
⇒x=-2/3 or x=4/3
