The answer is given below :

Now,

(3m² - 2m) (6 - 3m² + 2m) - 5

= (3m² - 2m) {6 - (3m² - 2m)} - 5

= x (6 - x) - 5,
where (3m² - 5) = x (let)

= 6x - x² - 5

= - x² + 6x - 5

= - x² + (5 + 1)x - 5

= - x² + 5x + x - 5

= - x(x - 5) + 1(x - 5)

= (x - 5) (- x + 1)

= (3m² - 5 - 5) {- (3m² - 5) + 1},
since x = (3m² - 5)

= (3m² - 10) (- 3m² + 5 + 1)

= (3m² - 10) (6 - 3m²),
which is the required factorization.
