365 {y}^{4} {z}^{3} - 73 {y}^{4} {z}^{4} \\ 73 {y}^{3} {z}^{3} (5y - z)

ClaryHerondale: and in the second line I took 73x^3y^3 common and wrote the remains
madhura6: ok
ClaryHerondale: If you still have problem I'll try my level best to explain it to you
madhura6: how many square shaped handkerchiefs of side 36 cm can be prepared from a cloth of length 1.8 cm and breath 72 cm ?
madhura6: U R live in which country?
ClaryHerondale: Because the handkerchiefs are square then, it's area should be side squared. So area of 1 handkerchief would be (36)(36) = 1296cm^2
ClaryHerondale: area of given cloth = 1.8 × 72 = 129.6
ClaryHerondale: so the no. of handkerchief which could be made from given cloth = 129.8/1296 =0.1
ClaryHerondale: please meet me in inbox, we could talk then.
madhura6: thanx for ans
