3y(x+4)-(x+4)
=3xy+12y-x-4
=3xy-x+12y-4
=x(3y-1)+4(3y-1)
=(x+4)(3y-1)
=>x=-4  or x=1/3
Therefore the value of x are -4 and 1/3

Take (x +4) as common therefore,equation will be like this- (x+4)(3y-1) thats the answer.
