factorise:- 4 a ^2 - 9 b ^2 - 2a - 3b/ pls help

Answer:

a ^2 - b ^2= (a+b)( a-b)

use identity

4 a ^2 - 9 b ^2 can be written as (2a +3b)(2a-3b)

so put in equation instead of :- 4 a ^2 - 9 b ^2

now

(2a +3b)(2a-3b)- 2a - 3b

(2a-3b)(2a+3b-1)

hence factorised
