{a^2-b^2} = a^2 +b^2- 2ab

4^2 + x^2- 2•4•x -2x= 0

16+ x^2- 8x- 2x= 0

x(x- 8) +2(x- 8)= 0

(x- 8) (x+ 2)= 0

x-8= 0 , x=8

x+2= 0 , x=( -2)
