factorise 40+3x-x²... Please help me to solve this...

40+ 3x - x²

=> -x² + 3x + 40

=> -x² + (8 - 5)x + 40

=> -x² + 8x - 5x +40

=> -x(x - 8) - 5(x -8)

=> (-x -5) (x -8)

Hello friends!!

Here is your answer :

40 + 3x -  {x}^{2}


 -  {x}^{2}  + 3x + 40


 - ( {x}^{2}  - 3x - 40)


 - ( {x}^{2}  - 8x + 5x - 40)


 - (x(x - 8) + 5(x - 8))


 - (x + 5)(x - 8)


( - x - 5)(x - 8)
