using identity(a+b)(a-b) =a² - b²

=49a² - 25 b²

=(7a + 5b)(7a - 5b)

verification-
(a+b)(a-b) =a²-b²
(7a+5b)(7a-5b)
(7a)² - (5b)²
49a² - 25b²
