Ans:- Let (x + 2) = a and (y + 2) = b

= 49a^2 + 70ab + 25b^2

= (7a) ^2 + (5b) ^2 + 2×7a×5b

= (7a + 5b)^2 (by using formula (a + b) ^2 = a^2 + b^2 +2ab)

= {7(x + 2) +5(y + 2)}^2

= {7x + 14 + 5y + 10} ^2

= (7x + 24 + 5y) (7x + 24 + 5y) ans
