using identity.......

\large{(a+b)(a-b)=asq-bsq}

comparing this we get

\large{49xsq-81ysq=(7x+9y)(7x-9y)}

the factors are

\large{(7x+9y)(7x-9y)}

=49x² - 81y²

=(7x)² - (9y )²

using identity

[using a² - b² = (a+b)(a- b)]

=(7x + 9y)(7x-9y)
