4a^2 -12a + 9 -4ab^2

(2a)^2 + 9 - 12a - 4ab^2

(2a)^2 + (3)^2 - 12a -4ab^2

(2a)^2 + (3)^2 - 2(2a * 3) -4ab^2

(2a - 3)^2 -4ab^2

i hope this will help you

====================================

=>4a^{2} -12a  +9 -4ab^{2}

lets convert the numbers into squres

=>we know that

=>4=2²
=>9 = 3²

=>(2a)² -12a + 3² - 4ab²

12 a is actaully

=>2(2a×3)

=>(2a×3)²

(2a)^{2} - (2a*3) ^{2}   +3 ^{2}   -4ab^{2}

=>(2a - 3)² - 4 ab²
