4 {s}^{2} + 4s - 3 \\ = 4 {s}^{2} + 6s - 2s - 3 \\ = 2s(2s + 3) - 1(2s + 3) \\ = (2s - 1)(2s + 3)

4s 2+ 4s - 3 = 4s 2 + 6s - 2s - 3 = 2s 2s + 3 - 1

2s + 3) = (2s - 1)(2s + 3)

4s 2 +4s−3

=4s 2 +6s−2s−3

=2s(2s+3)−1(2s+3)

=(2s−1)(2s+3)
