4x^{2}+16x+15

To factorise we have to multiply the first term and last term and then take out two factors whose sum will give us the middle term(16x).

(ALL THIS SHOULD BE MIND CALCULATION)

Therefore, 4x^{2}+10x+6x+15

Taking out common factors....

2x(2x+5)+3(2x+5)

=(2x+3)(2x+5)

Therefore, (2x+3) and (2x+5) are factors of 4x^{2}+16x+15
