Factorise: 4x^2-5x-1 /4 by middle term method.

 {4x}^{2}  - 5x -  \frac{1}{4} \\  =  {4x}^{2}   - 4x + ( - 1x) -  \frac{1}{4} \\  =  {4x}^{2}   - 4x - 1 x-  \frac{1}{4}  \\  = 4x(x - 1) - 1(x - 1) \\  = (x - 1)(4x - 1)
