Answer:

4x²-4x+28/9. (3+1/9=28/9)

36x²-36x+28 (on multiplying by 9)

a=36

b=-36

c=28

D= b²-4ac

= (-36)² -4*36*28

=-2736

since. value of D is negative therefore it cannot be factorise.
