Answer:

hey dear

here is your answer

4x²-5x-1

so by middle term splitting

4x²-4x-x-1

4x(x-1)-1(x-1)

(4x-1)(x-1)

so we get two zeros

(4x-1) = 0. & (x-1). = 0

4x = 1. x = 1

x = 1/4

hope it helps

Answer :Here is your answer

Solve by using the method :

Spilliting the middle term

4x2+(4x+x)+1=0

4x2+4x+x+1=0

Taking common

4x(x+1)+1(x+1)=0

(4x+1)(x+1)=0

4x+1=0

,x+1=0

X=-1/4,-1
