 \sf{4 {x}^{2} -  {y}^{2}  + 6y - 9 }

We are aware of the identities that

 \sf{ = 4 {x}^{2} - ( {y}^{2}  -  6y  + 9 )}

 \sf{ = 4 {x}^{2} - ( {y}^{2}  -  2.y.3  +  {3}^{2} )}
