\large \underline{ \underline{ \sf \: Answer  : \:  \: \:  }}

 \to \sf x =  -  \frac{1}{8}

 \large \underline{ \underline{ \sf \: Explaination : \:  \: \:  }}

By prime factorisation method ,

  \to \sf {64x}^{2}  + 16x + 1 = 0 \\  \\  \to \sf  {64x}^{2}  + 8x + 8x + 1 = 0 \\  \\ \to \sf 8x(8x + 1) + 1(8x + 1) = 0 \\  \\ \to \sf (8x + 1)(8x + 1) =0 \\  \\ \to \sf x =  -  \frac{1}{8}

Hence , the required value of x is -1/8
