Step-by-step explanation:

Your question :-

64x³ - 27y³ - 144x²y + 108xy²

To factorise it

First of all we will try to fit some Identities in it.

So , i think (a - b)³ identity will be fitted Completely in this equation

As we know expandation of identity

(a - b)³ is equal to

(a - b)³ = a³ - b³ - 3a²b + 3ab²

Now putting the value of equation given

64x³ - 27y³ - 144x²y + 108xy²

so, (4x)³ - (3y)³ - 3×(4x)²×3y + 3×(4x)×(3y)

if (a - b)³ = a³ - b³ - 3a²b + 3ab²

then(4x)³-(3y)³-3×(4x)²×3y + 3×(4x)×(3y)

= (4x - 3y)³ = (4x - 3y) (4x - 3y) (4x - 3y)
