★ Solution ★

→ 6x² + 17x + 5 = 0

→ 6x² + 15x + 2x + 5 = 0

→ 3x ( 2x + 5 ) + 1 ( 2x + 5 ) = 0

→ ( 3x + 1 ) ( 2x + 5 ) = 0

When 3x + 1 = 0

x = - 1/3

When 2x + 5 = 0

x = - 5/2

now we have to factorise the middle term we get,

 \bf \blue{⟹ =6 {x}^{2} + 2x + 15x + 5}

 \bf \pink{⟹  = 2x(3x + 1)  + 5(3x + 1)}

 \bf \orange{⟹ \:  = (3x + 1)(2x + 5)}
