6 {x}^{2}  - 3 - 7x \\  = 6 {x}^{2}  - 7x - 3 \\  = 6 {x}^{2}  - 9x + 2x - 3 \\  = 3x(2x - 3) + 1(2x - 3) \\  = (3x + 1)(2x - 3) \\  \\ so \:  \\ x =  \frac{ - 1}{3}  \: and \:  \frac{3}{2}
