Answer:

Let us put f(x) = 0

⇒ 6x2 – 7x – 3 = 0

⇒ 6x2 – 9x + 2x – 3 = 0

⇒ 3x(2x – 3) + 1(2x – 3) = 0

⇒ (2x – 3)(3x + 1) = 0

⇒ 2x – 3 = 0

x = 3/2

⇒ 3x + 1 = 0

⇒ x = -1/3

Answer:

6x² - 3 + 7x

=6x² + 7x -3

=6x²+ ( 9-2 )x -3

=6x²+ 9x - 2x -3

=3x ( 2x+3 ) - 1 ( 2x+3 )

= ( 3x - 1 ) ( 2x+3 )

3x-1= 0. 2x + 3 = 0

3x = 1. or 2x = -3

x = 1/3. x = -3/2
