firstly -6 × 6= -36
so we have to find factors of -36 whose difference is -5
So the factors are -9 and 4
now , 6x^2 -9x + 4x -6 =0
3x ( 2x - 3) +2 ( 2x -3)=0
(2x-3) (3x+2) =0
so the factors are (2x -3 ) and (3x+2) .

I hope this answer will help you.
