HI FRIEND

Factorization --> 8a^2 - 22a + 15

While splitting the middle term -

8 x 15 = 120

product => 120

sum => -22

8a^2 - 12a - 10a + 15 = 0

4a ( 2a - 3) - 5 ( 2a - 3 ) = 0

( 4a - 5 ) ( 2a - 3 ) = 0

a = =>5/4 or 3/2

HOPE IT HELPS
