acube +b cube = (a+b)(a square +b square- 2ab)

8x ^3 +27y ^3

=(2x)^3+(3y)^3

=(2x+3y)(2x ^2 -2x2y+3y ^2)

=(2x+3y)(4x^2-6xy+3y^2)
