Solution:-

9 {x}^{2}  \: could \: be \: written \: as \:  {(3x)}^{2} . \\  \\ 16 {y}^{2}  \: could \: be \: written \: as \:  {(4y)}^{2}  \\ \\ now \: (x + y)(x - y) =  {x}^{2}  -  {y}^{2}  \\  \\ hence \: by \: applying \: the \: formula \\  \\ we \: get \\  \\ (3x + 4y)(3x - 4y)
