Thanks for your question...

Your required answer :

Given :

  • 9x² - 25x + 16

  • By middle term splitting :

Solution :

  • 9x² - 25x + 16
  • 9x² - 9x - 16x + 16
  • 9x ( x - 1 ) - 16 ( x - 1 )
  • ( 9x - 16 ) ( x - 1 )

Now Zeroes :

1)

( 9x - 16 ) = 0 \\  \\ 9x = 16 \\  \\ x =  \frac{16}{9}

2)

x - 1 = 0 \\  \\ x = 1

9x^2-25x+16=0

9x2-9x-16x+16=0

9x(x-1) -16(x-1)

9x-16=0; x-1=0

9x=16

x=16/9; x=1
