a^2 + 4a + 4 - b^2​

We have a²+4a +4-b²

>(a²+2.a.2+2²)-b²

By applying identity 1:(a+b)²=a²+2ab+b²

Thus we have (a+2)²-(b)²

Now we have to apply identity 3:(a+b)(a-b)=a²-b²

Hence the result is (a+2-b)(a+2+b)

>(a-b+2)(a+b+2)
