Given :-

  • a⁴ - b⁴

Solution :-

 \implies \: (a {}^{2} ) {}^{2}   \:  -  \: (b {}^{2} ) {}^{2}

 \implies \: (a {}^{2}  \:  +  \: b {}^{2}) \: (a {}^{2}   \:  -  \: b {}^{2} )

 \implies \: (a {}^{2}  \:  +  \: b {}^{2}) \:  [(a) {}^{2}  \:  -  \: (b) {}^{2} ]

 \implies(a {}^{2}  \:  +  \: b {}^{2} ) \: [(a \:  +  \: b) \: ( a \:  +  \: b)(a \:  -  b)]

 \implies \: (a {}^{2}  + b {}^{2} )(a \:  +  \: b) \: (a \:  -  \: b)
