 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

Here,a =  {(a + b)} \: and \: b = b

 \:  \:  \:  \:  ({a  + b)}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  \\  = (a + b  +  b) (a + b - b) \\  = (a + 2b) (a)
